The pet fee incurred by our guests is due to the deep cleaning process required after check-out to ensure that the next guests will have a safe and enjoyable stay - as we must be conscientious of guests with possible allergies as well. Please keep in mind that this has become a standard practice in the hospitality industry and all of our properties operate in that manner.
This is the case for guests who book directly through our room reservations team as well. In order to provide the best prices available for our guests, room charges and resort fees have been separated for more transparency.
